The ASEAN Harmonization Cosmetic Regulatory Scheme was fully implemented on Southeast Asian Nations after 1 January 2008. Products must comply with the regulation in all aspects such as ingredients lists, labeling requirements, claims guidelines, and product information file. No pre-market registration and approval is required but post-market surveillance will be applied.
